  8. 2 tablespoons finely ground CBD flowers (selected for their aromatic quality) A collector’s bean

: Preparation of the CBD almond cream

  1. : Beat the butter with the icing sugar until light. Incorporate the eggs one by one, then add the almond powder and pistachio paste. Gently mix in the ground CBD flower. Assembly of the galette : Unroll a puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet, garnish with CBD almond cream, leaving a margin on the edges. Hide the bean. Cover with the second puff pastry and press the edges to seal.
