- Preparation
: Preparation of the CBD almond cream
- : Beat the butter with the icing sugar until light. Incorporate the eggs one by one, then add the almond powder and pistachio paste. Gently mix in the ground CBD flower. Assembly of the galette : Unroll a puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet, garnish with CBD almond cream, leaving a margin on the edges. Hide the bean. Cover with the second puff pastry and press the edges to seal.
- Browning and cooking : Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the galette with the egg yolk and draw refined patterns with the tip of a knife. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until the galette is golden brown.
