For a large cup:

  • 0,2g of CBD flower
  • 1,5 cups boiling water (some will evaporate)
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk or coconut oil (vegan option)
  • Honey or sugar (optional)

  1. Crumble the CBD flower, not too finely.
  2. Mix crumbled CBD, water and butterfat

For a liter of iced tea:

  • 10g green tea

  • 1 lemon host
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

For a mix to use whenever you want:

  • 3 tablespoons dried apple cubes
  • 2 tablespoons dried orange wedges, cut into small pieces
  • A cinnamon stick cut into chunks
  • 3 stars of anise (badiane) crushed
  • A few cloves (to your taste)
  • CBD oil of your choice


  1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the CBD oil and store them in an airtight container between uses.
  2. When it's time to enjoy your CBD tea, boil some water.
  3. Pour the still simmering water over a teaspoon of the mixture, directly into a cup. If you use a tea bottle, you can put 1,5 spoonfuls of mixture, 3 in a teapot with diffuser.
