The website weedy.fr (hereinafter "the Site") is an e-commerce site for the sale of products based on cannabidiol products and offers only quality products that comply with current European standards, i.e. THC levels of less than 0.2%. Weedy.fr is the reference for cheap CBD in France. We offer the best CBD at the best value for money.   1. Site access

The site is accessible to the User at all times. In the event of technical maintenance interrupting access to the Site, SAS Chanvrette will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention. Access to the Site is free of charge. Telecommunication costs inherent to access to the Site remain the exclusive responsibility of the User. SAS Chanvrette reserves the right to restrict access to the Site or to interrupt its operation at any time, without obligation of prior notification. The use of the Site and the sale of the Site's products is strictly reserved for adults. The User declares to be at least 18 years of age. The Site reserves the right to require proof of age.

  1. Create an account

The User may create an account. When creating an account, the User undertakes to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. The provision of a valid e-mail address is imperative so that the Site can send the User confirmation of his or her registration. All communications sent by the Platform and its partners are therefore deemed to have been received and read by the User. The User undertakes to have onlyone account.   The User undertakes to comply with all legislation, regulations and procedures applicable to him/her in view of his/her place of connection or residence, both with regard to accessing the Site and ordering Products. When using the Site, the User agrees not to, in any way whatsoever, :

  • transmit, upload to the Site, display, in any manner whatsoever, and by any technological means whatsoever, any content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, vulgar, obscene, revisionist, sexist, homophobic, offensive, pornographic, pedophilic, contrary to accepted standards of behaviour, or invasive of a person's privacy.
  • use or attempt to use erroneous, usurped, stolen and/or non-owned means of payment.
  1. Content published by the User

The User acknowledges that he/she is a publisher within the meaning of article 6-III of law n°2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy for any publication of a notice, including the rating and content of the notice, which he/she creates as part of his/her use of the Site and the "Société des avis Garantis" platform and which is accessible to other Customers and/or the public, via the Site. In this respect, the User is solely responsible for his opinions and for the consequences of creating, deleting, modifying or uploading them to the Site. The User is informed that in the event that he/she publishes an illicit notice and/or one that does not comply with the present GCU and/or applicable legislation and/or regulations, SAS Chanvrette reserves the right, upon notification of any third party, to :

  • check, control, delete or prevent access to the disputed notice from the Site,
  • and/or suspend and/or remove the access of the Customer publisher of the disputed notice to his account,
  • terminate these GCU.

SAS Chanvrette is the host of notices published by Customers in the sense of article 6-II of law n°2004-575 of June 21st 2004 for confidence in the digital economy. Consequently, SAS Chanvrette cannot be held responsible for user reviews in any way whatsoever. Nevertheless, SAS Chanvrette reserves the right to exercise any form of moderation on content published by users, in particular when this content is threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, vulgar, obscene, revisionist, sexist, homophobic, insulting, pornographic, pedophilic, contrary to public decency, infringing on a person's privacy. The User who notices a notice of an illicit nature, in particular with regard to the criteria set out above, undertakes to notify SAS Chanvrette without delay. Any notification (hereinafter "the Notification") shall be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to SAS Chanvrette, at its registered office as indicated above, and must indicate :

  • the date of the Notification,
  • if the notifier is a natural person: surname, forenames, profession, domicile, nationality, date and place of birth; if the applicant is a legal entity: legal form, name, registered office and legal representative,
  • the name and registered office of the recipient of the Notification, in this case SAS Chanvrette,
  • a description of the disputed facts and their precise location on the Site,
  • the reasons why the content must be removed, including legal provisions and factual justifications,
  • a copy of any correspondence sent to the author or publisher of the disputed information requesting that it be discontinued, withdrawn or modified, or an explanation as to why the author or publisher could not be contacted.

This Notification is accompanied by an email (including the list of mentions indicated above) sent to : [email protected] The User is hereby informed that SAS Chanvrette can only be considered as having been informed of the Notification if all the above-mentioned details are included in the Notification. Following a Notification, SAS Chanvrette may in particular :

  • check, control, delete, disable access to the notice,
  • and/or suspend and/or block access to the Customer's account,
  • and/or terminate these GCU.

The User is informed and accepts that SAS Chanvrette remains the sole judge of the actions to be taken following a Notification, and that SAS Chanvrette cannot be held responsible for the actions taken, or the lack of action, following a Notification.

  1. Content published by the Site

SAS Chanvrette takes all necessary care with the information it publishes on the Site. This information is published for information purposes only and is subject to change, particularly with regard to the state of scientific research and legislation. SAS Chanvrette reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete this information at any time and cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation made by the User of the published content. The Site may contain hypertext links to third-party platforms. The User is informed that he/she will leave the Site by clicking on these links. SAS Chanvrette cannot be held responsible for the content of the destination site.

They are the full and entire property of SAS Chanvrette or third parties. The User is prohibited from reproducing or representing said elements, designs, models, texts, comments, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations and images, animated or non-animated sequences, whether visual or sound. Weedy is a registered trademark and is the exclusive property of SAS Chanvrette throughout the European Union. The User agrees not to make any unauthorized use thereof in the course of business.
